延长石油靖边储气调峰及配套项目罐区4台5万方LNG双金属全容储罐,由内外两层金属储罐构成,外罐由底板、壁板、拱顶组成,内部二次热角保护底板,内罐由底板、壁板、平顶铝吊顶组成,内外罐之间填充保冷材料。此次吊装完成的外罐拱顶网壳蒙皮重约340吨,拱顶由80根径向梁和8根环向梁组成,根据施工及图纸要求分成16片进行组装。为了保证项目节点完成,项目部克服储罐拱顶材料到货滞后、钢构厂加工能力不足等困难,积极进行详细论证推演并及时调整施工方案。一方面组织人力、机械进行厂外预制;另一方面,在保证安全、质量前提下,把原计划第四圈壁板进行网壳吊装的方案改为第六圈进行网壳吊装,将壁板施工和网壳施工平行作业,从而保证了不影响项目整体工期。技术人员也提前制定好网壳拼装验收质量标准和网壳吊证验收标准,为LNG储罐网壳拼装的顺利完成奠定了扎实的质量安全保障。

在质量管理方面,储罐焊接及组装质量管理采用二维码数字化技术,施工过程管控规范化,实现储罐质量可控,截至目前储罐的焊接合格率分别为1#罐99.88%,2#罐99.63%,3#罐99.88%,4#罐99.95%。安全管理方面,项目部严把入场教育关,推广二维码管理应用,对所有进场人员的安全帽张贴二维码帽贴,主要涵盖个人所有信息、培训资料、特殊工种证件等,同时向平台上传安全警示教育视频,要求每人每周观看次数不少于2次,后台通过扫码点击率来确认观看率,让现场所有人员达到日常安全教育警示的效果。

项目部将继续紧扣节点目标,按照计划有序推进施工进度,确保4台储罐安装工作按期圆满完成。

Four 50,000-square-meter LNG bimetal full-capacity storage tanks in the tank farm of Yanchang Petroleum Jingbian Gas Storage and peak Balancing Project are composed of two layers of metal storage tanks inside and outside. The shell of the outer tank arch completed by lifting weighs about 340 tons, and the arch is composed of 80 radial beams and 8 ring beams, which are divided into 16 pieces for assembly according to the requirements of construction and drawings. In order to ensure the completion of the project node, the project department overcame the difficulties such as the delayed arrival of the storage tank vault materials and the insufficient processing capacity of the steel structure plant, and actively carried out detailed demonstration and deduction and timely adjusted the construction plan. On the one hand, organize manpower and machinery for off-site prefabrication; On the other hand, under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, the original plan to carry out mesh shell hoisting in the fourth circle was changed to carry out mesh shell hoisting in the sixth circle, and the construction of panel and mesh shell were parallel, so as to ensure that the overall project period was not affected. Technicians have also developed the quality standards for mesh shell assembly acceptance and the acceptance standards for mesh shell hanging certificate in advance, which has laid a solid quality and safety guarantee for the smooth completion of the mesh shell assembly of LNG storage tanks.

In terms of quality management, the storage tank welding and assembly quality management adopts two-dimensional code digital technology, standardized construction process control, and realized the quality control of storage tanks. Up to now, the welding qualification rate of storage tanks is 99.88%, 99.63%, 99.88%, and 99.95%, respectively. In terms of security management, the project department strictly controls the entrance education, promotes the application of two-dimensional code management, pastes two-dimensional code hat stickers on the safety hats of all the entering personnel, mainly covering all personal information, training materials, special work certificates, etc. At the same time, uploads safety warning education videos to the platform, requiring each person to watch them no less than 2 times a week, and the backstage confirms the viewing rate by scanning the click-through rate. Let all on-site personnel achieve the effect of daily safety education warning.

The project department will continue to closely follow the node target, promote the construction progress in an orderly manner according to the plan, and ensure the successful completion of the installation of four storage tanks on schedule.
