近日，中国煤科天地奔牛自主研制的1200kW永磁半直驱驱动部在井下顺利完成联合调试。

永磁半直驱驱动部为行业内新型驱动方式，集永磁电机、减速传动单元和紧链装置于一体，实现了高度集成化设计，具有绿色高效、可靠性高等特点。经传动研发团队两年的深入研究与技术攻关，成功突破空间紧凑、能效优化和机械结构创新等一系列技术难题，发明了永磁驱动部制动装置及紧链控制方法，设计出轴向紧凑型行星传动单元及高效冷却的齿轮传动单元箱体。
