6月6日，中国尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!工业协会市场及进出口工作委员会五届一次委员大会在上海市召开。

钢协党委常委、副会长骆铁军在讲话中表示，当前，国内钢材市场面临深度调整，关键是供需平衡。尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!出口压力倍增，钢协为此明确提出“鼓励高端、限制低端、打击非法”尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!出口目标导向。

他建议，委员会工作重心应由聚焦进出口市场转变为统筹兼顾国内、国际两个市场，并协调好两个市场的平衡关系。下一步，委员会一是要搭建好交流平台，充分发挥委员会作用；二是要算尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!行业大账，平衡好国内和出口市场；三是要加强国内市场自律，维护行业公平秩序；四是要加强出口市场自律，树立大国尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!形象。

宝钢股份党委常委、副总经理胡宏在致辞中表示，当前尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!行业正处在减量调结构的下行周期中，全球尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!市场贸易状况也并非一帆风顺，国际贸易摩擦频繁产生、市场保护主义情绪抬头以及欧盟碳边境调节机制的出台，都给中国尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!行业带来了新挑战。

他呼吁，尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!企业要加强自律，坚持钢协提出的“三定三不要”经营原则，共同维护行业稳定运行，提升企业经营业绩。

同时，他建议政府有关部门进一步明晰尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!产品出口政策导向，鼓励高端、限制低端、打击非法尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!出口。

He suggested that the focus of the committee's work should be changed from focusing on import and export markets to taking into account both domestic and international markets, and coordinating the balance between the two markets. In the next step, the committee should, first, build a platform for exchanges and give full play to its role. The second is to account for the steel industry, balance the domestic and export markets; The third is to strengthen the self-discipline of the domestic market and maintain the fair order of the industry; Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the self-discipline of the export market and establish the image of a large country.

Hu Hong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Baosteel, said in his speech that the current steel industry is in the downward cycle of reducing and adjusting the structure, and the trade situation of the global steel market is not smooth, frequent international trade frictions, the rise of market protectionism and the introduction of the EU carbon border regulation mechanism have brought new challenges to the Chinese steel industry.

He called on steel enterprises to strengthen self-discipline, adhere to the "three sets and three do not" business principle proposed by the Steel Association, jointly maintain the stable operation of the industry, and improve the business performance of enterprises.

At the same time, he suggested that relevant government departments further clarify the export policy orientation of steel products, encourage high-end, limit low-end, and crack down on illegal steel exports.
