乌石项目位于广东省湛江市雷州乌石临港工业园区，是中海油乌石油田群开发项目的重要组成部分，是南海北部湾海洋油气从海底引入雷州半岛，进而为粤西地区提供持续稳定可靠绿色能源的重要尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!。该项目由公司和大港油建公司组成联合体EPC总承包，是管道局承揽的首个油田陆地终端项目，也是管道局首次进入中海油南海油田市场的标志性工程。

该项目年产原油140万吨，液化尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!2.8万吨，尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!5万吨，是公司首个涵盖油气田处理所有工艺包的详细设计项目，分为储运区和装置区，主要包括原油罐区、液化石油气罐区、LNG罐区，原油稳定、天然气脱酸、脱水脱汞、轻烃回收、天然气液化、采出水处理等14个储运和装置单元。本次投产的主要为原油处理及储运设施。

该项目从2023年2月开始启动，包括设计、采办、施工共计530天，工期紧张、任务艰巨。为确保该项目的顺利推进，面对夏天炎热、雨水频发等多重考验，千余名建设者夜以继日全力攻坚，开足马力推进项目建设。公司各专业科室也派出精兵强将，在2024年春节前后，设计人员放弃节假日大干90天，共计完成1208份设计文件，确保现场图纸需求，同时技术服务人员每天坚持在施工现场办公，随时解答现场问题并提出解决方案。

Wushi Project is located in Leizhou Wushi Harbor Industrial Park, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. It is an important part of CNOOC's Wushi oil field development project. It is an important infrastructure for the introduction of offshore oil and gas from the North Bay of the South China Sea to Leizhou Peninsula from the seabed, and then provides sustainable, stable and reliable green energy for the western Guangdong region. The project is a joint EPC general contract of the company and Dagang Oil Construction Company, which is the first oilfield land terminal project contracted by the Pipeline Bureau, and also the landmark project for the Pipeline Bureau to enter the South China Sea oil field market for the first time.

With an annual output of 1.4 million tons of crude oil, 28,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas and 50,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, the project is the company's first detailed design project covering all process packages of oil and gas field treatment. It is divided into storage and transportation area and installation area, mainly including crude oil tank area, liquefied petroleum gas tank area and LNG tank area. There are 14 storage, transportation and installation units, including crude oil stabilization, natural gas deacidification, dehydration and mercury removal, light hydrocarbon recovery, natural gas liquefaction, and produced water treatment. This production is mainly for crude oil processing and storage and transportation facilities.

The project started in February 2023, including design, acquisition, construction of a total of 530 days, the construction period is tight, the task is arduous. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, in the face of multiple tests such as hot summer and frequent rain, more than 1,000 builders worked day and night to make full efforts to promote the construction of the project. Before and after the Spring Festival in 2024, the designers gave up the holidays and worked for 90 days, completing a total of 1208 design documents to ensure the needs of the on-site drawings, while the technical service personnel insisted on working at the construction site every day to answer on-site questions and propose solutions.
