防城港核电站二期工程3、4号机组采用我国自主三代核电技术“华龙一号”。其中，防城港核电站3号机组已于2023年3月25日投产发电，从装料到商运零非计划停机停堆，首循能力因子达98.36%，创国内三代堆最优纪录。

防城港核电站4号机组于2016年12月23日开工建设，建设过程中全面落实中广核“华龙一号”首堆经验反馈，在设计、安全管控、施工管理等方面不断提升，实现了“华龙一号”示范机组“一台比一台好”的建设目标。“防城港核电站4号机组的投产发电，进一步验证了中广核‘华龙一号’技术的安全性、成熟性、先进性，为‘华龙一号’批量化建设积累了可借鉴、可复制的宝贵经验。”广西防城港核电有限公司党委书记、董事长蔡振介绍，中广核实现了“华龙一号”从技术研发、工程转化、到项目投产的全面落地，带动上下游5400多家核电设备企业实现400多项关键设备自主化，已具备核电整机设备100%国产化能力，有力促进我国核电产业链韧性和实力的提升。

Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4 started construction on December 23, 2016, and fully implemented the feedback from the first reactor of CGN's "Hualong One" in the construction process, and continuously improved the design, safety control and construction management, achieving the construction goal of "Hualong One" demonstration unit "better than one". "The commissioning of Unit 4 of Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant has further verified the safety, maturity and advanced nature of CGN's Hualong One technology, and accumulated valuable experience that can be used for reference and replicated for the mass construction of Hualong One." CAI Zhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Co., LTD., introduced that CGN has realized the full landing of "Hualong One" from technology research and development, engineering transformation, and project production, driving more than 5,400 upstream and downstream nuclear power equipment enterprises to realize more than 400 key equipment autonomy, and has 100% localization capability of nuclear power equipment. It will effectively promote the resilience and strength of China's nuclear power industry chain.
