1号排水隧洞垂直顶升首次施工面临诸多挑战：可借鉴经验少、施工组织难、地质条件复杂、条件恶劣等，工程生产大团队针对垂直顶升施工做了多轮细致严谨的施工推演和风险识别，多次组织专家对施工方案、应急预案进行论证优化，开展多次针对性应急演练，同时在全国范围开展多次技术调研，优化海底垂直顶升涌水涌砂密封措施和应急措施，确保整个施工过程万无一失。

此次排水隧洞垂直顶升施工的圆满完成，将有力促进太平岭核电一期项目建设平衡推进，也为后续同类项目施工提供了宝贵经验。后续工程生产大团队将持续深入践行“严慎细实”的工作作风，坚持“安全第一、质量第一、追求卓越”的工作理念，提前做好隧洞施工各项风险识别与防范，高质量、高标准、稳步推进太平岭一期项目隧洞工程建设。

This is the first complete practice of vertical lifting construction of drainage tunnel in the Group, accumulating valuable experience for drainage tunnel projects in the Group, and strongly bearing and continuing the task of verifying the constructability of the Group's "Hualong One".

The first construction of vertical lifting of No. 1 drainage tunnel faces many challenges: With few experience, difficult construction organization, complex geological conditions and harsh conditions, the large engineering production team has made several rounds of meticulous and rigorous construction reasoning and risk identification for vertical jacking construction, organized experts to demonstrate and optimize the construction plan and emergency plan for many times, carried out several targeted emergency drills, and carried out many technical surveys across the country. Optimize the sealing measures and emergency measures for vertical upwelling water and sand in the seabed to ensure that the entire construction process is foolproof.

The successful completion of the vertical jacking construction of the drainage tunnel will effectively promote the balanced construction of the Taiping Ling Nuclear Power Plant phase I project, and also provide valuable experience for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
