近日，重庆三峡水利尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!（尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!集团）股份有限公司发布第十届董事会第二十四次会议决议公告。

公告提到，会议同意由公司下属全资企业重庆博联热电有限公司投资不超过5亿元建设万州经开区九龙园热电联产二期项目，为重庆市九龙万博新材料科技有限公司待建氧化铝项目提供蒸汽和尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!服务。该项目投资不涉及关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。

据悉，万州经开区九龙园热电联产二期项目规划建设 1 台 800t/h 高温超高压燃煤锅炉和 1 台 80MW 抽汽背压式机组。建设工期约 13 个月。项目总投资约 5 亿元，其中 30%为自有资金，70%通过银行贷款或其他方式筹集。

Recently, Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. issued the resolution announcement of the 24th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors.

The announcement mentioned that the meeting agreed to invest no more than 500 million yuan by the company's wholly-owned enterprise Chongqing Bolian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. to build the second phase of the Wanzhou Economic Development Zone Jiouluan cogeneration project, to provide steam and power services for the alumina project to be built by Chongqing Jiouluan Wanbo New Material Technology Co., LTD. The project investment does not involve related party transactions, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization.

It is reported that the second phase of the Jiulong Park cogeneration project in Wanzhou Economic Development District plans to build an 800t/h high-temperature ultra-high pressure coal-fired boiler and an 80MW steam extraction back pressure unit. The construction period is about 13 months. The total investment of the project is about 500 million yuan, of which 30% is its own funds and 70% is raised by bank loans or other means.
