本工程汽轮机为哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司生产，C350/317-24.6/0.4/569/569型汽轮机，超临界、一次中间再热、三缸两排汽、单轴、间接空冷抽汽凝汽式机组。为确保1、2号机组汽轮机扣缸工作顺利进行，西南热电公司超前策划、周密部署，各参建单位密切配合、团结协作，组织优化汽轮机扣盖方案，全体作业人员进行安全技术交底，确保各个环节安全、高效、有序进行。

9时36分1号机组汽轮机低压缸部件第一钩起吊，23点58分2号机组低压外缸落下，两台机组汽轮机扣缸工作顺利完成。整个汽机扣缸过程中，建设单位、总包、监理、施工单位专业人员全程旁站，严格对汽轮机扣缸过程中的工艺及质量点进行见证验收，整个扣缸过程中各技术参数准确无误。

At 9:36, the first hook of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine of Unit 1 was lifted, and the low-pressure outer cylinder of Unit 2 fell at 23:58, and the steam turbine cylinder of the two units was successfully completed. During the whole process of cylinder docking, the construction unit, the general contractor, the supervisor and the professional staff of the construction unit stood by the whole process to strictly witness and accept the process and quality points of the turbine cylinder docking process, and the technical parameters in the whole process of cylinder docking are accurate.

The successful completion of turbine cylinder work of Units 1 and 2 marked a big step forward in the installation of turbine bodies of the two units, and won valuable time for high-quality production on schedule.
