近日，海南省尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!办公厅发布关于印发《海南省空气质量持续改善行动实施方案（2024—2025年）》的通知。

方案指出，建筑工地以及公路、管道、水利等线性工程应做好施工规划，避免大范围开挖。将扬尘污染防治费用纳入工程造价，同时将扬尘污染防治纳入文明施工管理范畴和建筑市场信用管理体系。强化“线上+线下”监管，建设“智能工地”示范工程，推进扬尘污染自动识别并推送。建立重点扬尘污染源管控清单并实行动态更新。深入推广装配式建筑，到2025年，装配式建筑占新建建筑比例高于80%。

按照矿山地质环境保护有关规定加快生产矿山恢复治理，积极推进历史遗留矿山恢复治理。新建矿山按照有关要求推动绿色矿山建设，原则上同步建设铁路专用线或采用其他清洁运输方式。

方案明确，2025年海南省空气质量继续保持优良态势。全省空气质量优良率为98%以上，地级城市空气质量优良率为98.0%以上，重污染天气比率为0.0%；全省PM2.5平均浓度力争达到11微克/立方米以下，地级城市不高于12.5微克/立方米。主要大气污染物排放量进一步下降，其中NOx和VOCs重点工程减排量分别为0.40万吨和0.13万吨。

New mines in accordance with the relevant requirements to promote the construction of green mines, in principle, simultaneous construction of special railway lines or the use of other clean transport.

The plan is clear, and the air quality of Hainan Province will continue to maintain a good situation in 2025. The air quality of the province is above 98%, the air quality of prefecture-level cities is above 98.0%, and the ratio of heavy pollution weather is 0.0%. The average concentration of PM2.5 in the province should be less than 11 micrograms per cubic meter, and no higher than 12.5 micrograms per cubic meter in prefecture-level cities. The emission of major air pollutants further decreased, of which the emission reduction of NOx and VOCs key projects was 0.40 million tons and 0.13 million tons, respectively.
