西南油气田公司高度重视川中二叠系储量提交相关工作,围绕储量任务安全高效完成,针对性开展钻井提速系列措施。

一是强化组织领导。联合川庆钻探公司成立由公司主要领导担任组长的井工程实施领导小组,统筹组织储量任务推进实施,同时成立前线指挥部,狠抓现场生产组织和措施执行。

二是优化工程设计。组织开展多轮钻井工程方案审查,针对井身结构、井眼轨迹、钻井液体系和密度等方面不断优化,为提速奠定坚实基础。

三是深化地质-工程一体化。通过井震结合与实时地质跟踪,做好钻头前100米地层岩性特征和地质风险识别,及尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!险预报与工程措施响应,严控故障复杂;目前储量井生产时效96.81%,较上一轮井提高5.17个百分点,故障复杂时效1.38%,较上一轮井减少5.93个百分点。

四是持续优选提速钻工具。形成针对性“定制PDC+大扭矩螺杆+垂钻+旋导”的提速工具使用模板,目前3井次日进尺破千米;XJH组基本实现一趟钻,平均机械钻速3.76米/小时,较上一轮井提高4.4%;LKP~LT组平均钻进周期31.38天,机械钻速5.43米/小时,较上一轮井提高32%,趟钻数减少5趟。

五是强化生产组织。严格施工设计编制、审查和落实,明确各阶段驻井把关人员与工序准备,建立甲供料专项保障机制;平均二开中完周期7.53天、三开中完周期12.22天,较上一轮井分别缩短5.7%、30.56%。

六是狠抓质量管控。加大井身质量、钻工具质量、钻井液性能等过程质量监管力度,确保入井材料和钻井液抽检覆盖率100%,实现零钻具故障。

七是筑牢安全生产防线。持续强化以井控为核心的安全环保建设,加强现场演习及关键岗位履职能力评估,夯实安全运行根基助力提速提效。

The second is to optimize the engineering design. Organize and carry out the review of multi-wheel drilling engineering program, and continuously optimize the well structure, well trajectory, drilling fluid system and density, etc., to lay a solid foundation for speeding up.

Third, deepen the integration of geology and engineering. Through the combination of well shock and real-time geological tracking, the lithology characteristics and geological risk identification of the 100 meters before the drill, timely risk prediction and engineering response, and strict control of complex faults; At present, the production time of the reserve well is 96.81%, which is 5.17 percentage points higher than that of the previous round, and the fault complex time is 1.38%, which is 5.93 percentage points lower than that of the previous round.

Fourth, continue to optimize speed drilling tools. Form a targeted "customized PDC+ high-torque screw + vertical drilling + spin guide" speed tool use template, at present 3 Wells the next day penetration broke kilometers; The XJH group basically achieved one trip, with an average ROP of 3.76 m/h, 4.4% higher than that of the previous round. The average drilling cycle of the LKP ~ LT group was 31.38 days, the ROP was 5.43 m/h, 32% higher than the previous round, and the number of trips was reduced by 5.

Fifth, strengthen production organization. Strict construction design preparation, review and implementation, clear the resident well gatekeeper and process preparation at each stage, and establish a special guarantee mechanism for material supply; The average completion period of second and third Wells is 7.53 days and 12.22 days respectively, which are shortened by 5.7% and 30.56% compared with the previous round of Wells.

Sixth, we will pay close attention to quality control. Strengthen the quality supervision of well body quality, drilling tool quality, drilling fluid performance and other process quality, ensure that the coverage rate of drilling materials and drilling fluid sampling is 100%, and achieve zero drilling tool failure.

Seventh, build a strong production safety line. Continue to strengthen the safety and environmental protection construction with well control as the core, strengthen on-site exercises and the assessment of the performance capacity of key positions, and consolidate the foundation of safe operation to help speed up and improve efficiency.
