“今年我们采购的氰尿酸与市场当期价格相比,节约大量采购资金。”6月13日,该中心采购管理部副主任王志超说。今年以来,他们优化采购节点,避峰就谷采购,节约了采购资金。

采购环节是降本增效的源头环节,该油田挖掘采购降本潜力。他们分析主要成本构成,紧盯原材料及副产品市场行情变化,提前研判大宗物资的价格走势。与下游客户生产紧密结合,采取竞价模式、订单式谈价,定价定量锁定资源。他们还根据煤炭消耗规律,紧盯煤炭市场价格变动,将江汉盐化工2024年1月份需求的1万吨煤炭,在去年11月份提前下单储备,避峰就谷打好采购时间差,煤炭采购降本效果显著。

该中心梳理近3年来9个大类27个品种的大宗物资,建立采购价格台账,每月跟踪分析成本变化因素,为避峰就谷采购和供应商价格谈判提供科学依据。

The procurement link is the source link of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and the oilfield taps the potential of cost reduction in procurement. They analyze the main cost composition, closely monitor the market for raw materials and by-products, and predict the price trend of bulk commodities in advance. Close integration with downstream customer production, adopt bidding mode, order-type negotiation, pricing quantitative lock resources. According to the law of coal consumption, they also closely followed the changes in coal market prices, placed 10,000 tons of coal required by Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry in January 2024 in November last year, placed an order in advance to reserve, avoided the peak on the valley to play the procurement time difference, and the coal procurement cost reduction effect was significant.

The center sorted out 27 varieties of bulk materials in 9 major categories in the past 3 years, established the purchase price account, tracked and analyzed the cost change factors every month, and provided a scientific basis for peaking on valley procurement and supplier price negotiations.
