6月18日，中国能建安徽电建二公司承建的广东揭阳燃机项目#1余热锅炉汽包吊装就位。

#1余热锅炉为露天布置，无补燃、自然循环，卧式炉型。锅炉具有高、中、低三个压力系统。高、中、低压三个锅筒布置于炉顶钢架上。汽包吊装时，450t履带吊采用78m主臂工况卸车到炉左设备堆放位置，待现场检查汽包焊缝及材质检查完毕后，吊装至34.82米锅炉平台。

广东地区正处雨季时节，连续的阴雨天气给吊装工作带来较大难度，广东揭阳燃机项目部统筹策划，科学编制吊装方案，提前对现场环境进行勘察，及时清理影响起重机移位设备，协调起尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!器具至指定位置。吊装前，对现场作业环境及机械、工器具进行一一确认，对全体作业人员进行了详细的安全技术交底，明确作业人员安全责任，对吊装区域进行安全隔离。吊装过程中，各级管理人员认真落实各项安全防护措施，加强吊装过程管控，整个吊装过程安全有序。

On June 18, the #1 waste heat boiler drum of Guangdong Jieyang Gas Turbine Project, built by China NENG Construction Anhui Power Construction Co., LTD., was lifted into place.

#1 Waste heat boiler is open-air arrangement, no secondary combustion, natural circulation, horizontal furnace type. The boiler has three pressure systems: high, medium and low. The three cylinders of high, medium and low pressure are arranged on the steel frame of the top of the furnace. During drum hoisting, the 450t crawler crane shall be unloaded to the equipment piling position on the left of the furnace under the condition of 78m main boom. After on-site inspection of drum welds and material inspection is completed, the crane shall be lifted to the 34.82m boiler platform.

Guangdong is in the rainy season, and continuous rainy weather brings great difficulty to the hoisting work. Guangdong Jieyang Gas Turbine Project Department makes overall planning, scientifically prepares the hoisting plan, makes a survey of the site environment in advance, cleans up the affected crane shifting equipment in time, and coordinates lifting equipment to the designated position. Before hoisting, the site operating environment and machinery, tools and equipment were confirmed one by one, all operators were detailed safety technology disclosure, clear the safety responsibility of operators, and the hoisting area was safely isolated. During the lifting process, management personnel at all levels conscientiously implement various safety protection measures, strengthen the control of the lifting process, and ensure that the entire lifting process is safe and orderly.
