玛尔挡水电站是黄河上游在建海拔最高、装机容量最大的水电站,是国家“西电东送”“青豫直流”配套骨干电源点之一,是青海省打造的“水光储蓄”千万千瓦级多能互补一体化全清洁能源大基地的核心工程,也是东方电机高海拔地区大型混流式机组研发制造的里程碑工程。电站总装机容量2320兆瓦,规划建设4台单机容量550兆瓦、1台单机容量120兆瓦的混流式水轮发电机组,全部机组由东方电机研制供货。

玛尔挡水电站机组是东方电机研制的适应水风光(储)一体化运行的新一代水电机组。近年来,新型尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!系统建设加快推进,风电、光伏等新能源快速尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!,东方电机结合水风光(储)一体化运行条件对水电机组的新要求,应用全新的设计理念,研发了水力高稳定性、结构高可靠性、系统高安全性的新一代智慧型水电机组,为青海省打造多能互补一体化全清洁能源基地、服务国家能源安全注入“东方力量”。

东方电机在玛尔挡项目中应用了大量机组智能化技术,有效支持用户打造智慧电站。行业内首次创新采用了边缘分布式智能采集系统,实现了全部铂热电阻温度传感器信号现地采集、边缘计算和组态逻辑输出,大幅减少线缆总量,同时避免了沿途信号干扰,提高了数据可靠性和实时性。首次创新采用全光纤温度监测系统,实现定子可更换测温、转子温度全光纤监测,解决了传统电阻传感器跳变、破损率高等弊端,同时还消除了转子温度监测盲点。另外,还配备了转子视觉识别、红外热成像系统、声纹监测系统等先进监测技术,实现了机组运行关键指标全面在线监测,为机组健康评估及故障诊断提供了丰富的数据基础。

Maerblock Hydropower Station is the highest hydropower station under construction in the upper reaches of the Yellow River with the largest installed capacity, one of the backbone power points of the national "West-east power transmission" and "Qingyuan-DC" supporting stations, and the core project of the "water-light savings" multi-energy complementary integration of 10 million kilowatts of clean energy base built by Qinghai Province. It is also a milestone project in the development and manufacturing of large mixed-flow units in high altitude areas of Dongfang Electric. Maer hydropower station unit is a new generation hydropower unit developed by Dongfang Electric to adapt to the integrated operation of water landscape (storage). In recent years, the construction of new power systems has been accelerated, wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy sources have developed rapidly, Dongfang Electric combined with the new requirements for hydropower units under the integrated operating conditions of water landscape (storage), and applied new design concepts to develop a new generation of intelligent hydropower units with high hydraulic stability, high structural reliability and high system safety. To build a multi-energy, complementary and integrated clean energy base in Qinghai Province and to serve national energy security, inject "eastern strength".

Dongfang Electric applied a large number of unit intelligent technologies in the Marblock project to effectively support users to build smart power stations. For the first time in the industry, the innovative edge distributed intelligent acquisition system is adopted to achieve all platinum thermal resistance temperature sensor signals in situ acquisition, edge computing and configuration logic output, greatly reducing the total amount of cables, while avoiding signal interference along the way, improving data reliability and real-time. The all-fiber temperature monitoring system is innovated for the first time to realize stator replaceable temperature measurement and rotor temperature all-fiber monitoring, which solves the defects of traditional resistance sensors such as jump and high breakage rate, and eliminates the blind spot of rotor temperature monitoring. In addition, it is equipped with advanced monitoring technologies such as rotor visual recognition, infrared thermal imaging system and voicing monitoring system to realize comprehensive online monitoring of key indicators of unit operation, providing a rich data basis for unit health assessment and fault diagnosis.
