5月19日，广西水利电业尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!集团新疆克州水利发电有限公司（以下新疆克州发电公司）对布仑口-公格尔水电站、盖孜水电站引水发电洞实施安全检测及检修维护。经过83人连续38天停水检修作业，检修任务终于在6月26日圆满完成，比计划提前2天并网发电，增加发电量大约800万kW·h。

检修前，新疆克州发电公司领导重视，强化职责落实，召开动员部署会，制定了详细的工作方案和安全技术保障措施，邀请行业专家对重要检修部位和关键工艺进行把关，抽调党员业务骨干和青年职工组建项目组，层层夯实安全生产责任。

在检修过程中，新疆克州发电公司以“保安全、保全面、保质量、保进度”为目标，成立专门工作小组，落实岗位职责制，做到分工明确，职责到人。同时要求进洞前清点人数，个人的安保工具，危险防范措施落实到位，出洞时复核人数并登记造册形成闭环管理，确保检修工作安全、有序、高效进行。

On May 19, Xinjiang Kezhou Hydropower Generation Co., LTD., Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electricity Industry Group (Xinjiang Kezhou Power Generation Company below) carried out safety testing and maintenance of the Burunkou-Gonger Hydropower Station and Geizi Hydropower Station. After 83 people for 38 consecutive days without water maintenance operations, the maintenance task was finally successfully completed on June 26, 2 days ahead of schedule and connected to the grid for power generation, increasing the power generation by about 8 million kW·h.

Before the overhaul, the leaders of Xinjiang Kezhou Power Generation Company paid attention to, strengthened the implementation of responsibilities, held a mobilization and deployment meeting, formulated a detailed work plan and safety and technical support measures, invited industry experts to check the important overhaul parts and key processes, deployed party members and young workers to form a project team, and consolidated the responsibility for safety production.

In the maintenance process, Xinjiang Kezhou Power Generation Company to "ensure safety, ensure comprehensive, ensure quality, ensure progress" as the goal, set up a special working group, implement the job responsibility system, to achieve a clear division of labor, responsibility to people. At the same time, it is required to count the number of people before entering the hole, put personal security tools and risk prevention measures in place, and review the number of people when leaving the hole and register to form a closed-loop management to ensure that the overhaul work is safe, orderly and efficient.
