项目位于“五口通八国，一路连欧亚”的新疆维吾尔自治区喀什市，建设2台660兆瓦高效超超临界热电联产机组，属于国家提倡的“两个联营”一体化项目（联营煤矿和新能源项目）。项目是围绕南疆能源保供和新能源调峰需要规划布局的重点项目，也是新疆“十四五”尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!规划重点项目，年均发电煤耗269.25克每千瓦时，可新增供热能力3200万平方米，采暖期热电比大于50%。

项目投产后，将有效补充新疆尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!供应和喀什市采暖供热缺口，为喀什高质量建设自贸试验区和“喀什城市圈”提供能源保障，对改善民生供热、支撑南疆电网安全稳定运行、促进新能源消纳具有重要意义。

The project is located in Kashgar City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is "five through eight countries and all the way to Europe and Asia", and the construction of two 660 MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical cogeneration units belongs to the "two joint" integration project (joint coal mine and new energy project) advocated by the state. The project is a key project in the planning and layout of energy supply protection and new energy peak adjustment needs in southern Xinjiang, and also a key project in Xinjiang's "14th Five-Year Plan" power development plan, with an average annual coal consumption of 269.25 grams per KWH, a new heating capacity of 32 million square meters, and a heating period thermoelectric ratio of more than 50%.

After the project is put into operation, it will effectively supplement the power supply of Xinjiang and the heating and heating gap of Kashgar City, provide energy security for the high-quality construction of Kashgar Free trade Pilot Zone and "Kashgar City Circle", and have great significance for improving people's livelihood heating, supporting the safe and stable operation of southern Xinjiang power grid, and promoting the consumption of new energy.
