国电南自与华电江苏公司、仪征热电、电科院等兄弟单位联合攻关、锐意突破,设计开发了国内首套适用于欧洲主流燃机的控制软硬件系统,圆满完成从设备调试到燃烧调整的全流程自主化工作。针对该项目燃机双筒型燃烧室的特点,项目团队研究建立了先进的多边界燃烧和排放模型以及性能优化模型,实现了对燃机的自动燃烧调整,提升了机组效率,降低NOx排放10mg/m3。同时,项目同步开展燃机TCS、锅炉DCS、汽机DEH等控制系统的一体化改造,依托“华电睿蓝”自主可控平台实现了机组核心控制系统的全站国产化,进一步夯实了机组安全运行基础,提升了安全保供能力。

近年来,国电南自认真学习贯彻习近平总书记关于“加快推动关键技术、核心产品迭代升级和新技术智慧赋能提高国家能源安全和保障能力”等重要论述精神,聚焦燃机控制“卡脖子”难题全力攻关,不断取得实质性突破,在国内率先研制出自主可控的重型燃机控制系统,并先后在5种不同型号的燃机成功示范应用,创造了5个“国内首次”。截至目前,各示范项目机组均安全稳定运行,累计成功启停超1000次,点火运行近20000小时,充分验证了该系统的控制能力和可靠性。

下一步,国电南自将持续推动燃机控制领域关键核心技术攻关,在丰富系统功能,提升系统性能,加快推广应用上持续发力。同时,着力推动系统从自主化向智能化迭代升级,力求在自动燃烧调整、基于人工智能的模型预测控制等方面取得新突破,站稳燃机控制制高点,锻造燃机产业新质生产力。

Guodian Nanzizi and Huadian Jiangsu Company, Yizheng Thermal Power, Electric Research Institute and other brother units jointly solve problems and make breakthroughs, designed and developed the first set of domestic control software and hardware systems suitable for mainstream gas turbines in Europe, and successfully completed the whole process from equipment commissioning to combustion adjustment. In view of the characteristics of the double-barrel combustion chamber of the gas turbine, the project team researched and established an advanced multi-boundary combustion and emission model and a performance optimization model to realize automatic combustion adjustment of the gas turbine, improve unit efficiency and reduce NOx emission by 10mg/m3. At the same time, the project synchronously carried out the integrated transformation of gas turbine TCS, boiler DCS, steam engine DEH and other control systems. Relying on the "Huadian Rui LAN" autonomous controllable platform, the core control system of the unit was realized in the whole station, which further consolidated the safe operation foundation of the unit and improved the safety supply guarantee ability.

It has been successfully demonstrated and applied in 5 different types of gas turbines, creating 5 "domestic firsts". Up to now, the units of each demonstration project have operated safely and stably, with a total of more than 1,000 successful starts and stops, and nearly 20,000 hours of ignition operation, fully verifying the control capability and reliability of the system.

In the next step, Guodian Nanzi will continue to promote the research of key core technologies in the field of gas turbine control, and continue to make efforts in enriching system functions, improving system performance, and accelerating the promotion and application. At the same time, efforts are made to promote the system from autonomous to intelligent iterative upgrade, and strive to make new breakthroughs in automatic combustion adjustment and artificial intelligent-based model predictive control, so as to maintain the commanding heights of gas turbine control and forge new quality productivity of gas turbine industry.
