加强农村生活污水就近就地资源化利用和生活垃圾源头减量化及分类化处理、资源化利用。推进绿色农房建设，持续提升农房设计水平和建造质量，改善农村住房条件。提高农村生活用能尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!化水平，推进太阳能等可再生能源利用。
